There are lots of great reasons to consider becoming a Seasonal Guest – No setting up each time you use your caravan, just setup once at the beginning of the season and utilise your caravan as much as you like for the whole season. No more towing!! - Reduced fuel costs and faster journey times by not towing your caravan for every visit. A great social life where you can make friends with other like minded Seasonals. Consistent great service and camping experience, you know exactly what to expect each and every arrival. Creature comforts - you can bring (and leave onsite) more of those items that make your camping experience great, those items that are just too cumbersome to use and setup for the occasional weekend trip, or those items that don’t travel too well. Better and more use of your caravan – if you have a Seasonal Pitch you can use your caravan at the drop of a hat, no major planning required, just jump in the car with your essentials and start enjoying your break the second you arrive. Familiarity – explore the area and find your favourite locations, views, walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. Reduced and Fixed costs – you know your financial outlay at the beginning of the season, the more you use your caravan the better value it is.
Seasons - Mill Park offers Seasonal Pitches on the following basis:
- All Year (1st Nov - 31st Oct)
- Summer Season (1st Mar - 31st Oct)
Where are the Seasonal Pitches? - Mill Park has Seasonal Pitches located on Top Field and Lake Field. 5 of the Lake Field Seasonal Pitches are Premium Serviced pitches with views out across the Lake.
Great Service - Seasonal Guests can expect great service and a warm welcome at the family owned and run Mill Park. Located on the rural North Devon coast in a sheltered wooded valley you will be surrounded by natural beauty and have easy access to the best North Devon has to offer. At Mill Park we pride ourselves on ensuring our facilities are modern, clean, warm, comfortable and safe.
Staff at Mill Park are experienced with providing Guests that require it that extra bit of help, assistance or just some friendly advice. We will happily assist our Guests with siting and levelling their caravans, recommending the best local shops, pubs, restaurants, beaches, walks, activities etc. We have great relationships with the local caravan service companies, ensuring help is on hand and someone can come to site to fix any of those caravan issues if required, they can also perform annual services onsite.
Modern Clean Facilities - Mill Park has great modern facilities onsite to make your stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible. With lots of Guest centric services and facilities you will soon feel right at home at Mill Park. Order your freshly baked pastries so they are waiting for you each morning at the onsite Shop, visit the dog friendly Bent Peg Bar onsite where you can socialise with other Guests and staff, where you will soon become a welcome “regular”.
Electric Seasonal Pitches - These are a 12m wide grass pitch with a metered, 16Amp electricity point. Fresh water and waste disposal facilities are loacted close by.
Car Parking - There are car parks located close at hand if you prefer to park your car away from your pitch.
Serviced Seasonal Pitches - These benefit from a double hard standing area (6m wide) to locate your caravan and awning upon, with a generous grass area alongside for relaxing on, measuring at least another 3.5m. Drinking water, grey waste drains and 16Amp electricity points are located on the Serviced Seasonal Pitches, enabling Seasonal Guests to enjoy permanently connected fresh drinking water, grey waste drainage and metered power to their caravans, removing the onorous chores of refilling fresh water and emptying waste containers.
Power - The power sockets at Mill Park are fitted with locking eyes, enabling you to plug in your caravan and secure the cable in place, so you can leave your caravan plugged in whilst you are not onsite. Seasonal Guests only pay for electricity at the prevailing rate that Mill Park Ltd purchases its electricity from its Energy Suppliers.
Loyalty Program - As a Seasonal Guest you automatically become a member of the Mill Park Loyalty program, where 10% of every spend you make during the current season, in either the Mill Park onsite Shop or in the Bent Peg Bar, is added to your Loyalty account. At the end of the season the value of your Loyalty account is discounted from your next year's Seasonal Pitch Fee. You also benefit by bringing your friends and family to stay as Touring Guests at Mill Park, where 10% of their pitch fees for their stay is also added to your Loyalty account.
Waiting List - We strongly value loyalty at Mill Park, so when a Seasonal Pitch becomes available, it is first offered to existing Seasonal Guests who have expressed an interest in moving pitches, and then to prospective Seasonal Customers that are on the waiting list.
Caravan Condition - At Mill Park we do not mind what age our Guests caravans are. As long as the caravans and awnings are in good condition and are well maintained, they are welcome at Mill Park.
